About the role

  • Positioning and successful marketing of Grün Berlin’s paid-entry parks as tourist attractions domestically and internationally, in both B2B and B2C contexts
  • Building, maintaining and continuously expanding a network of relevant tourism stakeholders
  • Planning, organizing, executing and following up on trade shows, promotions and information events
  • Independently developing and implementing sales-promotion measures (e.g., mailings, fam trips, networking events)
  • Media planning for tourism B2B communications and implementation of the corresponding measures
  • Identifying relevant online communication channels for listing the offerings
  • Evaluating all measures carried out, including results analysis and deriving optimization recommendations
  • Handling customer inquiries and contact management
  • Ordering and managing informational and promotional materials
  • Budget responsibility

Requirements

  • Completed degree or vocational training in a relevant field, or career changers from the tourism, hotel or MICE sectors
  • Good knowledge of distribution channels in the tourism industry, preferably with networking experience
  • Experience in the operational implementation of digital and analog measures in marketing and sales
  • Experience organizing events and managing trade show appearances
  • Confident interaction with customers and business partners; strong communication skills and customer-service orientation
  • Enthusiasm for the work and a pronounced hands-on mentality; good time management and a strong ability to prioritize tasks in a solution-oriented way
  • Team player with initiative
  • Good command of English
  • Willingness to travel for work and to work occasional weekends
  • Driver’s license class B (car)
