Responsibilities
Positioning and successful marketing of Grün Berlin’s paid-entry parks as tourist attractions domestically and internationally, in both B2B and B2C contexts
Building, maintaining and continuously expanding a network of relevant tourism stakeholders
Planning, organizing, executing and following up on trade shows, promotions and information events
Media planning for tourism B2B communications and implementation of the corresponding measures
Identifying relevant online communication channels for listing the offerings
Evaluating all measures carried out, including results analysis and deriving optimization recommendations
Handling customer inquiries and contact management
Ordering and managing informational and promotional materials
Budget responsibility
Requirements
Completed degree or vocational training in a relevant field, or career changers from the tourism, hotel or MICE sectors
Good knowledge of distribution channels in the tourism industry, preferably with networking experience
Experience in the operational implementation of digital and analog measures in marketing and sales
Experience organizing events and managing trade show appearances
Confident interaction with customers and business partners; strong communication skills and customer-service orientation
Enthusiasm for the work and a pronounced hands-on mentality; good time management and a strong ability to prioritize tasks in a solution-oriented way
Team player with initiative
Good command of English
Willingness to travel for work and to work occasional weekends
Driver’s license class B (car)
