About the role

  • Part-Time Sales and Education Executive at Clarins driving in-store sales and education for beauty products in Puerto Rico. Collaborating with retail partners and ensuring adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-store selling and education to store management and staff
  • Be responsible for the territory and overall sales target across Sephora, Ulta, and Department Stores
  • Contribute to the development of the Clarins brand by utilizing all available tools to achieve sales targets
  • Ensure in-store visual presentation adheres to company standards
  • Educate management and beauty coaches on Clarins products and applications
  • Collaborate with Department Managers, Counter Managers, and Store Managers to assess brand performance
  • Provide weekly recaps to stores on sales and performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 4-6 years of successful in-store sales experience required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Adept at excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Teamwork ability
  • Skills in managing multiple projects, event schedules, and meeting critical deadlines
