About the role
- Consultant SAP position requiring 10 years experience supporting finance and procurement teams in a hybrid role based in Paris. Involves optimizing SAP processes and implementing best practices.
Responsibilities
- Support Finance, Management Control (Controlling) and Procurement teams to ensure optimal use of SAP
- Define and manage SAP application maintenance (TMA): processes, incident tracking, change management and governance
- Ensure functional consistency and the adoption of SAP best practices
- Analyze current usage of FI, CO and MM modules and propose optimization opportunities
- Support business departments in upskilling on SAP processes
- Document standard processes and any deviations
- Raise user awareness of Cloud best practices
- Contribute to finalizing the TMA contract with the integrator
- Define SLAs, performance indicators and monitoring processes
- Serve as the IT functional lead: prioritize tickets, validate corrections and lead follow-up committees.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years’ experience
- Experience with large enterprise accounts
- Conversational level of English
- Rigorous, agile, proactive and comfortable with written communication
