About the role
- Senior Financial Analyst in FP&A working closely with Marketing and Sales teams at Bel, which focuses on healthier food options. Evaluating performance, contributing to budgeting and strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to develop P&Ls for innovations and productivity improvement projects.
- Prepare performance reports, identify and analyze financial metrics to assess performance and make recommendations.
- Contribute to monthly and annual close processes.
- Actively contribute to strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Understand and continuously work to optimize processes, tools and methodologies.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA designation is an asset
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting; experience in a public accounting firm is an asset
- Critical thinking skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work under tight deadlines
