Responsibilities
- Financing of renewable energy power plant projects, primarily photovoltaic (solar) and biogas (anaerobic digestion)
- Draft financing applications (loan requests)
- Initiate bank consultations and request proposals from lenders

- Develop and maintain financial models
- Analyze various due diligence reports
- M&A: assess investment opportunities in France and internationally
- Modeling and valuation of ready-to-build projects
- Conduct due diligence on development-related issues

Requirements
- Final-year student or on a gap year at a top engineering or business school, or equivalent university program
- Interest in project finance and the renewable energy sector
- Seeking a 6-month internship or an apprenticeship starting September 2026
- Basic knowledge of financial modeling, accounting and tax concepts, financial mathematics, and valuation techniques (NPV, IRR, DCF)
- Efficient, rigorous, autonomous, and able to meet deadlines
- Professional-level English required
- Proficient with office tools, particularly Excel
