About the role

  • Marketing Manager focusing on campaign management and content development for apo.com Group. Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance brand impact in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

  • You plan, coordinate and analyze marketing campaigns and communication concepts across various channels.
  • You design innovative content and formats for different customer touchpoints — creative, audience-appropriate and data-driven.
  • You ensure that messages, content and measures are consistent, clear and effective across all channels.
  • You monitor competitors, trends and market developments and derive relevant insights.
  • You coordinate internal interfaces and act as the central contact for external agencies and partners.

Requirements

  • Completed bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Media, Business); a master’s degree is a plus.
  • Several years of experience in marketing, ideally in a B2C environment.
  • Experience in pharma or healthcare is a plus; personal interest in the industry is also welcome.
  • Confident in planning, executing and evaluating campaigns; solid knowledge of online marketing.
  • You understand brand management, analyze trends and develop new ideas.
  • Creative, curious and solution-oriented — you think outside the box and enjoy trying new approaches.
  • Dynamic, hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and team-oriented.
  • Independent, structured and reliable when working with multiple stakeholders.
  • Flexibility: You can work remotely and are willing to come to Markkleeberg occasionally for meetings.
