Product Manager managing product lifecycle for kitchen products in Central Europe. Collaborating with various departments to drive product launches and meet market needs.
Responsibilities
You oversee product lifecycle management for our kitchen products and water systems in the DACH region.
You design product launches and launch plans and support launch activations in close collaboration with Activation Managers, Sales and Headquarters.
You ensure new products are market-ready and adapted to local specifics and needs.
You analyze sales performance and derive recommendations to close gaps or capitalize on opportunities for profitable category growth.
Based on your deep understanding of market, customer, channel and consumer needs, you produce market analyses to identify "white spots" (untapped opportunities).
As an expert and sparring partner for your product categories, you support colleagues from other departments across the region with questions related to our kitchen products and water systems.
You develop business cases to initiate new projects and implement plans to close portfolio gaps.
Requirements
A completed university degree in business administration (or a related field) forms your foundation.
You bring at least one year of professional experience in product management for physical branded products. Knowledge of the sanitary/plumbing industry and/or the kitchen channel is a plus.
You are analytically strong and able to derive actionable business insights from large quantitative and qualitative datasets.
You communicate and present concisely and effectively — both in German and in English.
You think beyond the obvious, challenge the status quo and propose creative solutions.
A structured, organized and flexible working style comes naturally to you.
You are highly organized: you reliably work on multiple projects simultaneously, set clear priorities and keep an overview even under tight deadlines.
As a communicative team player, you work effectively with diverse departments (e.g., Sales, R&D, Finance, HQ).
