About the role
- Site Manager overseeing photovoltaic construction projects for Greenvolt Next Portugal. Ensuring projects meet quality, time, and budget requirements while working in a hybrid regime.
Responsibilities
- Work from Venda do Pinheiro Office;
- Orchestrating construction projects to ensure successful delivery on time and budget;
- Supporting operations and monitoring teams for photovoltaic plant projects;
- Assisting in licensing processes and developing documentation;
- Reviewing project plans to match construction realities;
- Controlling subcontracted work like installation of photovoltaic modules and solar panels;
- Ensuring work quality and consistency with drawings;
- Supporting commissioning of the photovoltaic plant;
- Preparing weekly activity reports.
Requirements
- Assist orchestrating various aspects of construction projects to deliver them successfully, on time, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Supporting as part of the operations and monitoring team for photovoltaic plant projects;
- Supporting ongoing licensing processes and developing the necessary documents to submit the process;
- Reviewing and critically analyzing projects and adapting them to construction reality;
- Help the control of subcontracted works such as installation and structure of photovoltaic modules, installation and cabling of solar panels, installation and cabling of photovoltaic inverters;
- Supporting (progress and quality of the work, consistency with the drawings);
- Supporting the subcontractor in case of need, technical issues, etc...;
- Supporting the commissioning of the photovoltaic plant;
- Preparation of weekly activity reports for superiors;
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Registration with the Order of Engineers and DGEG will be valued
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in relevant field;
