Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with property managers, owners, and community partners
Identify and pursue qualified growth opportunities in assigned markets
Conduct site visits and walkthroughs to understand waste and recycling needs
Develop and present proposals and pricing in partnership with the COO and Operations
Coordinate closely with Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and accurate service setup
Maintain organized records of outreach, proposals, and agreements using approved tracking tools
Follow up with clients after launch to confirm service quality and address issues
Participate in community and industry events as part of ongoing relationship building
Provide regular updates on activity, progress, and opportunities
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business development, account management, or client-facing leadership
Experience in waste management, property services, logistics, or related fields preferred
Comfortable working independently in the field and coordinating across teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude and follow-through
Organized, steady, and practical in approach
Able to balance growth goals with operational realities
