Responsibilities
Oversee daily field operations to ensure service quality and efficiency.
Supervise, train, and coach operations team members.
Coordinate with leadership and cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase safety and productivity.
Ensure compliance with company policies, DOT, and OSHA safety standards.
Handle escalated client issues and support regional growth initiatives.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business administration preferred.
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role (at least 2 years of general management/ supervisory experience).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled in strategic planning and process improvement.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable balancing hands-on field work with administrative responsibilities.
