About the role

  • Executive in Training Sales & Operations for DNV, responsible for nurturing clientele and achieving sales targets. Based in Mumbai, engaging with clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to nurture current clientele, cross-sell and upsell various trainings, acquire new clients.
  • Sell & ensure the delivery of trainings to all industries, business types, and individuals.
  • Responsible for the achievement of sales & revenue target of Training Services in your territory.
  • Implement the sales plan and collaborate with experts to serve clients across industries.
  • Get sales through in-house courses, public courses, virtual courses, e-learning modules, etc.
  • Qualify tutors, schedule relevant tutor/s, arrange training, address customer complaints, and collect payments.

Requirements

  • An Engineer or a graduate in any discipline.
  • MBA in Sales/ Marketing will be added advantage.
  • Min. 5 years similar experience in a Training / Academic institute or certification body
