Responsibilities
Lead and realise growth ambition in the German-speaking market of Power Grids
Work closely with other Sales Managers and Key Account Management organization
Monitor and anticipate market developments, enable a coordinated market approach
Increase visibility in the market and extend C-level relations
Generate leads and act as the opportunity owner for medium to large opportunities
Support operational delivery teams with setting priorities during resource scarcity
Act as a thought leader within the area and contribute to the development of the Annual Operating Plan
Requirements
Strong skills in business strategy, sales pipeline management, and market analysis, with a focus on advisory services
Experience in identifying opportunities, managing bids, and increasing market presence
Demonstrated ability to seize and close commercial opportunities and impact business growth and profitability
Fluent in German and English
Proven ability to coach/mentor and develop professionals
In-depth knowledge of the Electricity Transmission and Distribution sector in German-speaking markets
Good understanding of the Transmission and Distribution market, in particular related to Grid Utilization, transformation and congestion management, its players, and dynamics
