About the role

  • Fleet Operations Manager overseeing vehicle rental processes including maintenance and coordination at FLEETLOOP. Ensuring smooth operations and client communication throughout the rental experience.

Responsibilities

  • Operational management of the rental fleet — from vehicle registration, commissioning and onboarding to vehicle returns
  • Support the organization and coordination of technical processes within the rental business
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs and vehicle inspections (MOT) and manage external service providers
  • Handle damage claims, create detailed documentation and keep customers informed
  • Assist with reporting, maintain technical data and continuously optimize our systems

Requirements

  • Some professional experience in technical or customer-facing back-office roles is a plus but not required
  • Independent, structured way of working with a hands-on mentality
  • Motivation, team spirit and a desire to grow together
  • Tech affinity and enthusiasm for digital tools and innovative solutions in vehicle rental
  • Optional: technical knowledge or a completed technical qualification, ideally in commercial vehicles, construction equipment, automobiles, trucks, rental operations or a comparable field
