Responsibilities
Lead and realize growth ambition in the German-speaking market of Power Grids
Support the Energy Transition
Monitor market developments, analyze new business opportunities
Increase market visibility, drive lead generation, lead project bids, and sponsor projects
Define and operationalize Power Grids strategy and realize market ambitions
Work with other Sales Managers and Key Account Management organization
Enable a coordinated market approach and maintain customer focus
Support operational delivery teams with setting priorities and defining actions
Contribute as a subject matter expert in projects and coach consultants and engineers
Requirements
Strong skills in business strategy, sales pipeline management, and market analysis, with a focus on advisory services
Experience in identifying opportunities, managing bids, and increasing market presence
Demonstrated ability to seize and close commercial opportunities and impact business growth and profitability
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in networking and customer engagement, with a focus on building long-term relationships
Fluent in German and English
Proven ability to develop strategic roadmaps and advisory services in a fast-paced, changing, complex, and ambiguous environment
Strong analytical skills to quickly understand and analyse complex issues and problems, and to understand market trends and make sound judgments
Ability to define market share within own area and set ambitious, realistic targets for growth
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Proven ability to coach/mentor and develop professionals

Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and promote an inclusive culture within the organization
Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex issues and manage conflicting priorities

In-depth knowledge of the Electricity Transmission and Distribution sector in German-speaking markets
Good understanding of the Transmission and Distribution market, in particular related to Grid Utilization, transformation and congestion management, its players, and dynamics
