  • Manufacturing Engineer optimizing factory costs and customer service for Greenheck Group. Leading improvements in manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize factory costs, quality, and customer service.
  • Coordinate and implement training initiatives.
  • Specify and justify capital expenditures.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Implement improvements to material utilization and machinery efficiency.
  • Manage projects to ensure integration across departments.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience in engineering required.
  • 4 Year / bachelor's degree in engineering required.
  • Basic CAD skills strongly preferred.
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of Lean concepts preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in engineering required if Level II.
  • CAD skills required if Level II.
  • 2 Year / associate degree in engineering or a related field of study required if Level II.
