About the role

  • Senior Budget Analyst at green4T handling budgets for digital infrastructure projects and services. Collaborating on tenders and managing costs within multidisciplinary project frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive budgets for construction works, maintenance services, and multidisciplinary systems (civil, electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, and security).
  • Perform technical analysis of tender documents, RFPs, and descriptive specifications, identifying risks, assumptions, gaps, and contractual obligations, and prepare the solution spreadsheet and corresponding budget aligned with the company's business guidelines.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, technical descriptions, and pricing for all service items, always considering Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and project specifications agreed with the client.
  • Compile direct and indirect cost breakdowns based on public databases (SINAPI, SICRO, SEINFRA, TCU) and supplier spreadsheets.
  • Source quotations for materials, equipment, and specialized services in HVAC, energy, structured cabling, automation, security, and building infrastructure.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and sales teams for technical clarifications and validation of pricing strategies.
  • Manage proposal delivery deadlines, organize the technical repository, and maintain cost history and market benchmarks.

Requirements

  • Technical or university degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in budgeting for construction works and electromechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level).
  • Ability to read and interpret general documents, technical documents, and multidisciplinary project plans.
  • Technical English for reading catalogs and specifications.
  • Analytical thinking and systems thinking.
