About the role
- Co-Founder (m/w/d) leading product and IT development for a sustainable textile company. Focusing on strategic growth, MVP development, and building a tech team in Munich.
Responsibilities
- Product & tech ownership (hands-on): develop and validate initial MVPs
- Further development of our B2B and B2C platforms
- Implementation of frontend and backend requirements (HTML/CSS, APIs, scripting)
- Integration of modern technologies (AI services, automation, PIM systems)
- Selection and setup of a scalable tech stack
- Strategic product development & IT leadership: lead the technical and digital product roadmap
- Build and lead an in-house development team (possibly remote)
- Manage UX, development, and infrastructure topics with internal and external partners
- User research, A/B testing, and data-driven product optimization
- Co-management & company building: shape the multi-year growth strategy starting in 2025
- Digitization of core business processes, site development & team building in Munich
- Preparation for scaling rounds, grant projects, and investor communications
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital tech or product environment (e.g., Tech Lead, former CTO, Head of Product)
- Proven experience building and leading tech or product teams
- Hands-on skills in web development, automation, or scripting (e.g., APIs, low-code, frontend/backend)
- Technical understanding of modern tools, MVP development, and AI integration
- Knowledge of agile product development, UX, and data-driven decision making
- Entrepreneurial mindset, a high degree of ownership, and enthusiasm for team leadership
- Interest in sustainable products, digital scaling, and making a real impact
