About the role
- Project Manager responsible for project execution and client communication for semantic solutions at Graphwise. Leading project teams and ensuring deliverables align with scope and budget.
Responsibilities
- Defining the project scope, deliverables, time frame and reporting
- Developing detailed project plans
- Leading project implementation: resource allocation, progress tracking, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery
- Communicating with Clients on all aspects of project execution; collecting data and delivering presentations, as needed
- Drafting and submitting budget proposals
- Tracking technical project milestones and deliverables
- Organizing the team activities to deliver projects within scope and budget; refining processes to achieve optimal efficiency
- Proposing action to deal with potential issues and risks
- Collaborate with finance department to ensure payments are collected on time
Requirements
- Project Management experience in an external client environment, ideally in the field of software development
- Sound understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle and of project management methodologies.
- Fluency with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, will be an advantage
- Experience in leading and managing project teams
- Very good communication and customer-facing skills
- Experience in management of schedules and risks
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and financial analysis skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Fluent English
- PMP Certification will be an advantage.
