Responsibilities
support the finance function in managing accounting tasks among all four GraphAware entities (UK, Czech Republic, Australia, Italy)
responsible for the accuracy of various financial transactions
data entry and bookkeeping
accounts payable/receivable
bank reconciliation
cash flow monitoring and payments processing
intercompany accounting
fixed assets
expense reports and expense approvals
tax preparation support
balance sheet and profit and loss review
month-end and year-end closing
Requirements
0 to 3 years of experience in accounting, a university degree is an advantage
Fluent English and Czech/Slovak are a must (English is the main language in the company)
Knowledge of accounting procedures, IFRS is an advantage
International (accounting) environment experience or at least an understanding of the basic principles
Outstanding MS Office skills, and overall computer literacy
Strong attention to detail
Organisational and analytical skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good understanding of different communication styles and cultural differences (previous experience of living/working abroad might be helpful to understanding our team dynamics)
