About the role

  • Technico-commercial in agronomy focusing on plant production consulting and client portfolio expansion with expertise in agriculture systems. Role involves client interaction, training, and technical support.

Responsibilities

  • Develop agronomy services and grow the client portfolio.
  • Promote and sell advisory services, decision-support tools, diagnostics, training, and technical services.
  • Monitor observation plots as part of the Plant Health Bulletin (BSV) and experimental trials.
  • Develop, organize and deliver farmer training on technical topics.
  • Maintain technical and economic monitoring of crop value chains.
  • Contribute to the facilitation of technical groups and the organization of information meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in Agriculture (Bac+3 to Bac+5) with experience in crop advisory and strong knowledge of cropping systems and crop production techniques.
  • Strong observation skills, client listening and synthesis abilities.
  • Autonomous and responsive.
  • Ability to work within networks and teams.
  • Active listening, empathy and persuasive communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Certiphyto (phytosanitary certificate).
