Responsibilities
Telephone and written handling of acute sick notifications from our employees and our clients
Quick and reliable coordination of substitute assignments for our staff
Ongoing development and maintenance of a weekly schedule for planned substitute assignments
Careful, complete documentation of all substitute assignments as the basis for service billing
Participation in weekly team meetings
Coordination with the responsible specialist advisors
Planning and coordination of holiday care cover arrangements
Requirements
Professional experience as a staffing coordinator, in a call center, or in a similar role
Respectful and inclusive attitude toward people with and without disabilities
Enjoyment of working with people
High resilience and ability to maintain an overview in challenging situations
Strong organizational skills and a solution-oriented approach
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
