Responsibilities
Support the preparation, monitoring and analysis of budgets for the real estate development area.
Perform budgetary control, variance analysis (budgeted vs. actual vs. reforecast) and forecasting.
Develop, update and analyze management reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Extract, process and analyze financial and operational data.
Support financial planning for the head office and real estate development, and monitor costs.
Collaborate with departments such as Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Commercial/Sales and Legal.
Contribute to the standardization, improvement and automation of controllership processes.
Requirements
Degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management or related fields.
Advanced Excel (formulas, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PivotTables, data cleansing/management).
Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning and control.
Experience preparing and analyzing management reports.
Good communication, organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
Critical, analytical profile with attention to detail.
Experience or knowledge in construction and real estate development is a plus.
Knowledge of the SIENGE system is desirable.
Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query or Excel automation is a plus.
