About the role

  • Trainer delivering high impact onboarding training for new hires in dental insurance service department. Collaborating with operational teams to ensure learners are well-prepared for their roles.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Engaging Learning Experiences
  • Lead classroom-based and virtual training for new hires.
  • Facilitate sessions using a variety of methods that support adult learning styles.
  • Guide learners through structured materials including learner guides, facilitator guides, and hands-on exercises.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development Managers and operational teams to meet training goals.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering training in both classroom and virtual formats.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot learner questions and technical issues during sessions.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and effective instructional methods.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
