  • Conducting thorough insurance reviews to assess clients' current coverage and identify additional needs.
  • Recommending appropriate insurance policies that align with clients' risk profiles and financial capabilities.
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and collective sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • State insurance license (or willingness to obtain) and relevant certifications preferred.
