About the role

  • Sales Instructor managing training delivery and development within the insurance sector. Facilitating both classroom and virtual training programs aligned with business goals and regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and facilitate high-quality training solutions (classroom and virtual) that meet course and business objectives.
  • Manage time effectively to plan, organize, and deliver learning programs on schedule.
  • Provide leadership and support to participants, fostering engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory, procedural, and client system requirements to minimize risk.
  • Support production needs during classes and initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience delivering classroom and virtual training.
  • At least 1 year of experience training sales teams.
  • At least 1 year of experience in training within the insurance sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Knowledge of videoconferencing tools and digital learning platforms.
