Responsibilities

Manage time effectively to plan, organize, and deliver learning programs on schedule.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory, procedural, and client system requirements to minimize risk.
Support production needs during classes and initiatives as required.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience delivering classroom and virtual training.
At least 1 year of experience training sales teams.
At least 1 year of experience in training within the insurance sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Knowledge of videoconferencing tools and digital learning platforms.
