Responsibilities
- Work with precision and strategic insight in tax calculation, month-end close, and financial control.
- Ensure compliance at all times, translating numbers into confidence, clarity, and support for company decision-making.
- Accurately calculate federal taxes and contributions (PIS, COFINS, CSLL, IRPJ) under the Presumed Profit (Lucro Presumido) and Real Profit (Lucro Real) regimes.
- Monitor and review calculations performed by external accountants.
- Post bank transactions and reconcile accounting accounts.
- Verify that fiscal documents align with financial transactions.
- Organize and keep accounting documentation up to date.
- Perform the monthly close together with outsourced accounting.
- Validate and check incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Prepare management reports to support decision-making.
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in bank transactions.
- Provide support for Administrative and Financial area routines.
- Connect accounting requirements with the company’s daily operational activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Knowledge of the Presumed Profit (Lucro Presumido) and Real Profit (Lucro Real) tax regimes;
- Experience in bank reconciliations and month-end closing routines;
- Experience validating fiscal documents and managing tax compliance filings (accessory obligations);
- Analytical, organized profile with strong attention to detail;
- Proficiency in Excel.
