About the role

  • Finance Analyst managing and reconciling clients' expenses for VOLL's travel solutions. Supporting financial activities and ensuring the accuracy of financial processes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, control, and reconcile client expenses, ensuring the accuracy of the company's financial processes and information;
  • Monitor the due-date schedule of key suppliers and their payment deadlines to ensure there are no overdue payments;
  • Support financial department activities, such as extracting information from supplier portals, entering data into standard forms and spreadsheets; process customer receipts under guidance and provide support to all areas within the finance department;
  • Reconcile information related to services provided (via reports/invoices) with records in the company's financial system;
  • Validate the daily close by reconciling internal records with bank closings, including boleto records and payment information;
  • Extract weekly "Nada Consta" clearance reports for key suppliers;
  • Perform banking routines such as extracting bank statements, bank reconciliation, and recording and settling boletos;
  • Execute billing/invoicing according to defined processes, respecting the company's billing types and systems;
  • Complete and monitor company KPIs;
  • Follow up on internal actions related to reconciliation discrepancies and pending items;
  • Provide support to other departments whenever clarification or explanation of processes is required.

Requirements

  • Experience with financial routines in a travel agency;
  • Preferably a graduate or currently studying Business Administration, Financial Management, or related fields;
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office);
  • Desirable: financial mathematics and familiarity with the Wintour system.
