Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and grow the Digital Marketing team, ensuring alignment to business priorities, clarity of goals, and professional development.
Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Drive digital marketing programs that directly fuel business growth through recruiting and activating new affiliates in the affiliate program.
Launch campaigns that generate trials of the platform.
Own the cadence and execution of promotional campaigns, ensuring the right customers receive the right message at the right time.
Build and optimize customer lifecycle touchpoints, from lead capture to trial conversion to product adoption.
Establish and monitor KPIs such as trial conversion and adoption metrics.
Partner with Product Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Affiliate Management to ensure alignment on acquisition, retention, and revenue goals.
Provide regular reporting and executive-level insights that connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
Requirements
8–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4+ years in a people management role.
Demonstrated success leading digital marketing teams in high-growth environments.
Proven track record of designing and executing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
Strong expertise in paid digital channels, SEO/SEM, social, and marketing automation.
Experience managing budgets, marketing operations, and cross-functional initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
