Responsibilities
Comprehensive management and strategic development of our accounts
Build, maintain and expand relationships with relevant stakeholders at decision-maker level — departments, procurement and management
Lead and facilitate kick-offs, QBRs and regular client meetings
Identify growth, cross-selling and innovation opportunities within existing accounts
Early identification of project challenges and close collaboration with Operations and internal teams
Develop and implement tailored expansion and customer success strategies
Requirements
Several years of proven experience in B2B account management, ideally in a digital marketing or agency environment
Confident, persuasive presence at decision-maker level with strong presentation and advisory skills
Strategic, business-minded thinking with a strong sense for profitability, customer retention and growth opportunities
Solid understanding of social media, platform mechanics and performance-based KPIs
Excellent communication skills, high interpersonal competence and a strong team- and service-oriented mindset
Structured, self-directed working style with a solution-oriented mindset
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Active network of marketing decision-makers in relevant industries
Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems
