About the role
- Technical Trainer designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs for cloud adoption at Cloudforce. Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to optimize AI and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and deliver training sessions internally and to clients on nebulaONE®.
- Tailor training content and delivery methods for internal purposes and/or to meet the specific needs of our clients.
- Lead interactive Promptathons, where clients work hands-on to build and refine AI prompts, tackling real-world challenges together.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop training materials such as SOPs, technical documentation, presentations and exercises.
- Manage associated repositories and content created for training and/or change management purposes.
- Perform live demonstrations and hands-on labs to illustrate concepts and provide practical guidance to clients.
- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft and AI advancements and best practices and maintain in-depth knowledge to deliver accurate and relevant content.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Educator, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Exceptional presentation skills, coupled with the patience to teach.
- Passion for teaching and helping others succeed in their cloud readiness journey.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for on-site trainings, if needed.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft product offerings, with an emphasis on AI, SaaS, or cloud technologies.
- Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
- Microsoft certifications, such as the AI-900, AZ-900, etc.
