About the role

  • Data Entry Specialist at GMHC handling client-level and service-level data entry. Ensuring data quality and supporting reporting for Ryan White Care Coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurate and timely entry of client-level and service-level data
  • Supports data quality processes by verifying completeness
  • Conduct routine data checks to support reporting readiness
  • Enter and maintain participant enrollment and service tracking information

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, G.E.D., or H.S.E. or equivalent required
  • Experience in data entry and data management, including maintaining accuracy across high-volume workflows
  • Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Preferred: Experience entering data into eSHARE, AIRS and/or internal electronic health record and tracking systems
  • Familiarity with Office 365 tools
  • Experience using electronic health record systems and internal tracking systems
