About the role
- Supply Chain / Operations Controller handling various cost controls and operations management tasks at Glow25. Building modern supply chain controlling and data management for operational transparency.
Responsibilities
- As Supply Chain / Operations Controller (all genders), you will build a modern controlling function for our supply chain and act as a business partner to the Operations Management team.
- In Financial Control, you will take responsibility for inventory valuation, COGS and inventory counts, as well as other cost items within the monthly, quarterly and annual closings, in close coordination with Accounting.
- You will develop budgets, forecasts, scenarios and business cases together with Operations Management.
- You will ensure high process quality in the S&OP process to optimize availability.
- You will support investment controlling for the build-up of our new Brick Hub site in Berlin.
- You will support risk management through monitoring and proactive management.
- You will work closely with all Operations areas, Finance & Accounting, BI/Data, E‑commerce and Retail Sales.
Requirements
- You have a successfully completed degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance or a comparable field.
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain / Operations Controlling, ideally gained at leading companies focused on FMCG, food, supplements or D2C, or in fast-growing companies.
- You have strong analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working.
- You demonstrate a high level of commitment, strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- You have a hands-on mentality, an ownership mindset and a pragmatic implementation approach.
- You have very good knowledge of common tools and ERP systems.
- You are on-site at least three days per week.
- You have very good written and spoken German and English.
