About the role
- Financial Controller at BAM Residential managing financial data, reports, and analyses to support decision-making. Collaborating with finance teams and ensuring integrity in financial processes.
Responsibilities
- Waarborgen van de betrouwbaarheid, juistheid en volledigheid van financiële gegevens;
- Opstellen en presenteren van interne managementrapportages en externe verantwoordingsrapportages;
- Uitvoeren van financiële analyses en modellen ter ondersteuning van data gedreven besluitvorming;
- Consolideren en verwerken van actuals, budgetten en forecasts;
- Verzamelen en rapporteren van ESG en andere non financial data;
- Coördineren van interne en externe accountants;
- Adviseren over business cases, investeringen en financieringsconstructies;
- Signaleren van risico’s en initiëren van procesoptimalisaties binnen het financiële domein.
Requirements
- Je hebt een afgeronde WO opleiding.
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring bij een accountantskantoor of beursgenoteerde organisatie.
- Affiniteit met vastgoed, projectontwikkeling of gebiedsontwikkeling.
- Ervaring met deelnemingen en het opstellen van bijbehorende jaarrekeningen.
- Kennis van verslaggevingsregels (IFRS) en kunt financiële risico’s tijdig signaleren.
- Communicatief sterk en een volwaardig gesprekspartner voor het management.
- Resultaatgericht, nauwkeurig en weet verbinding te creëren binnen het team.
- Schakelt moeiteloos met verschillende stakeholders.
