About the role

  • Recruitment and Selection Analyst conducting hiring processes at leading companies. Supporting managers and focusing on diversity and inclusion during the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (job openings, screening, interviews, feedback and offers);
  • Support hiring managers in defining profiles and job posting strategies;
  • Use recruitment platforms and tools (Gupy) to organize and streamline processes;
  • Design and conduct group exercises, competency-based interviews and technical or behavioral assessments;
  • Work with a focus on diversity, equity and inclusion across recruitment processes;
  • Lead and/or support onboarding of new employees;
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs;
  • Manage probation period evaluations;
  • Conduct exit interviews;
  • Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies/consultants when needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields;
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel;
  • Experience using the Gupy platform;
  • Previous experience in high-volume Recruitment & Selection, particularly for technology roles.
