Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve client portfolio allocation rules based on client potential, profile and complexity;
- Monitor portfolio balancing (load, performance, FCR, SLA) and propose redistributions;
- Perform impact analyses of changes (before/after, "what-if" scenarios);
- Map bottlenecks in the portfolio allocation process and propose simple automations (scripts, scheduled queries);
- Standardize and document workflows (DOR/Definition of Ready, DOD/Definition of Done, quality checklist);
- Implement and track operational KPIs (e.g., allocation time, % of unbalanced portfolios, rework);
- Conduct exploratory analyses (profiles, trends, outliers) and generate actionable insights;
- Build and maintain dashboards for operations and management (views by portfolio, team, segment);
- Prepare short executive reports (1–2 pages) with clear, actionable recommendations;
- Ensure basic data quality (completeness, duplication, keys) and open/track correction tickets;
- Version control queries, rules and the portfolio allocation data dictionary;
- Act as the operation focal point for questions about rules, exceptions and criteria;
- Train operations on dashboard interpretation and best practices for portfolio use.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in a related field;
- Intermediate SQL, basic to intermediate Power BI and advanced Excel;
- Basic Python knowledge for simple automations;
- Experience with portfolio allocation, operational analysis and KPI development.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and segmentation;
- Advanced Power BI and experience with scheduling/automation of routines;
- Familiarity with Lean/Kaizen, A/B testing and Big Data concepts;
- General knowledge of MLOps and modeling best practices.
