- Work collaboratively with IT, operations, commercial, and customer service teams, fostering synergy and engagement across teams;
- Manage performance indicators (KPIs) and report results to senior leadership;
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and increased operational efficiency;
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
- Experience in technology and business projects focused on retail and telecom;
- Experience in process mapping and Lean Six Sigma methodology;
- Experience in stakeholder management;
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Process Management, or Innovation is desirable;
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is a strong plus;
- Practical knowledge of Agile and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies;
- Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Monday, Trello, etc.).
