About the role

  • Project Manager overseeing technology and business projects in retail and telecommunications sectors. Leading cross-functional teams and implementing continuous improvement methodologies in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor technology and business projects focused on retail and telecom, ensuring value delivery and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality;
  • Map existing processes and propose continuous improvements, applying methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or equivalents;
  • Work collaboratively with IT, operations, commercial, and customer service teams, fostering synergy and engagement across teams;
  • Manage performance indicators (KPIs) and report results to senior leadership;
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and increased operational efficiency;
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
  • Experience in technology and business projects focused on retail and telecom;
  • Experience in process mapping and Lean Six Sigma methodology;
  • Experience in stakeholder management;
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management, Process Management, or Innovation is desirable;
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is a strong plus;
  • Practical knowledge of Agile and traditional (Waterfall) methodologies;
  • Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Monday, Trello, etc.).
