About the role

• Junior Consultant for Glasford International Deutschland, supporting operational recruiting processes in various industries. Collaborating closely with management and consultants in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire operational recruiting process, from search strategy to personalized candidate outreach and communication
• Analyze and select markets, companies and candidates based on systematic search strategies
• Create target company lists and prepare required project documentation
• Work closely with consultants and management on client mandates
• Arrange and participate in job interviews
• Proactively research, identify and approach potential candidates through various recruiting channels
• Document project progress and provide regular reporting
• Participate in project briefings and regular team meetings
• Maintain the CRM tool

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, are nearing successful completion, or have already completed your degree
• You are an analytical, curious person willing to familiarize yourself with a wide range of markets
• You have a strong quality focus and consistently deliver high standards
• You demonstrate excellent communication skills, a sense of humor and a quick grasp of new topics
• You work independently, in a systematic and structured manner, efficiently, and show initiative and creativity when solving tasks and problems
• Solid knowledge of MS Office and good written and spoken English complete your profile
