About the role

  • E-Commerce Manager at Glanbia managing e-commerce strategy and performance in Malaysia & Vietnam. Overseeing online commerce operations, digital marketing efforts, and partner collaborations in retail space.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end e-commerce performance across Malaysia and Vietnam
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategy tailored to each country's unique market requirements
  • Manage relationships with marketplaces and relevant partners
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns

Requirements

  • 5–6+ years of e-commerce / omnichannel experience
  • Advanced Excel proficiency: pivot tables, lookups (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP), SUMIFS
  • Strong commercial judgement
  • Strong stakeholder management with distributors and internal teams
  • Strong written communication (email)
  • Languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia required; Mandarin is an advantage
