Responsibilities
Provide excellent service to all customers in Thailand
Order processing for daily operation and coordination of delivery with warehouse
Main contact point for customer accounts assigned
Responsible for order entry from receipt of order to delivery of goods
Facilitate customer complaints
Monthly follow up customers’ forecast
Requirements
Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience preferably in Chemical or FMCG.
Bachelor degree in any field
Knowledge MS office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Familiar with SAP system
Fluent in English and Thai
