About the role

  • Customer Care Specialist providing excellent service and order processing for clients in Thailand. Collaborating with warehouse and resolving customer inquiries and complaints as the main contact point.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent service to all customers in Thailand
  • Order processing for daily operation and coordination of delivery with warehouse
  • Main contact point for customer accounts assigned
  • Responsible for order entry from receipt of order to delivery of goods
  • Facilitate customer complaints
  • Monthly follow up customers’ forecast

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience preferably in Chemical or FMCG.
  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Knowledge MS office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Familiar with SAP system
  • Fluent in English and Thai
