Responsibilities
Support the sales and development teams as well as customers in their daily requests, with a special focus on internal and external customer experiences
Collaborate closely with other functions to ensure Givaudan’s competitiveness and agility in the local market
Unblock process challenge and facilitate continuous process improvement resource allocation between sales and development, allocation of other critical resources among the sales teams
Coordination with related functions such as operations, pricing, regulatory on behalf of the Local & Regional sales team
Other projects and tasks related to the sales and development function, to be delegated by the line manager, including events and hosting visitors
Requirements
At least 4 years working with Givaudan
Learning agility, resilience, willingness to travel a lot
Experiences in managing strategic projects
Very good analytical skills, presentation skills as well as people skills
