About the role

  • Customer Experience Team Manager in Givaudan supporting sales and development teams with internal and external customer experiences in Shanghai, China.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales and development teams as well as customers in their daily requests, with a special focus on internal and external customer experiences
  • Collaborate closely with other functions to ensure Givaudan’s competitiveness and agility in the local market
  • Unblock process challenge and facilitate continuous process improvement resource allocation between sales and development, allocation of other critical resources among the sales teams
  • Coordination with related functions such as operations, pricing, regulatory on behalf of the Local & Regional sales team
  • Other projects and tasks related to the sales and development function, to be delegated by the line manager, including events and hosting visitors

Requirements

  • At least 4 years working with Givaudan
  • Learning agility, resilience, willingness to travel a lot
  • Experiences in managing strategic projects
  • Very good analytical skills, presentation skills as well as people skills
  • Courage to challenge status quo
  • Cross functional perspective is valued
