About the role
- CRM Analyst managing promotional actions, reporting, and client relationship strategies for GHFLY. Utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop the client's promotional action calendar;
- Create briefs for promotional materials;
- Build customer relationship cadences and automations;
- Define target audiences for campaigns;
- Lead the CRM workstream in routine client meetings;
- Produce monthly reports and present results.
Requirements
- Experience with CRM tools, primarily Salesforce;
- Experience with Google Analytics (working with/consuming data);
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools, especially Google Sheets and Google Slides;
- SQL knowledge is desirable;
- Knowledge of Wake and Insider is a plus;
- Experience with clients or in the hospitality, services and/or tourism sectors is a plus.
