About the role

Responsibilities
- Partner with supply chain, operations, and business teams to set performance priorities and drive improvement using lean principles
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for service, inventory, cost, quality, and productivity.
- Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Lead and support regular performance reviews with clear, actionable insights
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Kaizen methodologies
- Lead cross‐functional improvement projects across planning, procurement, sourcing, manufacturing, finance and logistics
- Identify supply chain risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies and support mitigation actions
- Collaborate with digital and IT teams to improve data quality, automation, and reporting tools
- Standardize metrics, processes, and best practices to ensure consistent execution
- Support change management and communication to ensure sustainable improvements
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field, with graduation expected in December 2027.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Strong expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and creating clear, actionable dashboards
