  • Recruitment Coordinator supporting Stellar in building Field, Retail, and Office teams in Germany. Ensuring excellent candidate experience and process compliance in recruitment tasks.

Requirements

  • Ideally you have initial experience in recruiting, HR, People Operations, or in a coordinating role.
  • You are interested in field marketing, retail, or project-based work.
  • You speak German and English very well.
  • You work in a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented manner.
  • You have a strong communication and service mindset.
  • You keep an overview in a dynamic environment and can prioritize effectively.
  • You are confident using Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office; experience with ATS is a plus.
