About the role
- Implementation Manager overseeing the full implementation process and building client relationships at Rundoo. Collaborating with teams to ensure client success in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Project manage the full implementation process, overseeing the journey of client integration with Rundoo
- Build strong client relationships by understanding unique client needs and providing personalized support
- Partner with sales development and customer success teams to ensure successful transitions and maximize client satisfaction
Requirements
- Excellent communicator with a track record of building strong, consultative customer relationships
- Experience in project management with exceptional attention to detail
- Problem solver who can proactively address client challenges and troubleshoot issues
- Ability to become an industry expert through working with clients, consulting with experts, and independent learning
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Comfortable with travel (maximum: 1-2x a month, 1-3 days at a time)
- Work in our River North office in Chicago 4 days/week.
