Responsibilities
- Build, test and deploy new tools, components and features on the website.
- Act as the web team's technical point-of-contact for all business requests.

Requirements
- Experience with Webflow - building complex CMS systems, scalable sites end-to-end.
- Maintain a large production marketing site as well as a separate support domain.
- Fluent in the Client-First Framework.
- Can bring structure and logic to creating components, classes, and workflows.
- Very strong grasp of CMS architecture, dynamic content linking, and collection wrappers.
- Experience with automation tools like Make.com and Zapier.
- Experience with using Webflow’s custom code features to build and implement Javascript based tools, or advanced styling and components with custom JS/CSS/HTML.
- Comfortable interpreting site performance, SEO basics, analytics tracking.
- Understands responsive design, accessibility, and best UX practices.
- Strong creative design foundation.
- Experience with animation and software such as After Effects and LottieFiles highly favourably.
- Skilled Figma designer, iterates webpages and components quickly with auto-layout, variables, and styles (preferred).
