About the role

  • Webflow Developer tasked with enhancing Chip's website technical capabilities. Collaborates with marketing team to improve user experience and support initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Build, test and deploy new tools, components and features on the website.
  • Act as the web team's technical point-of-contact for all business requests.
  • Own the technical infrastructure of the website.
  • Collaborate with other teams to support campaigns and requests.
  • Support the web team roadmap along with acquisition and design team members.
  • Develop an understanding of how AI could help improve web processes.
  • Be our go-to person for understanding our technical capabilities and defining priorities to improve this.

Requirements

  • Experience with Webflow - building complex CMS systems, scalable sites end-to-end.
  • Maintain a large production marketing site as well as a separate support domain.
  • Fluent in the Client-First Framework.
  • Can bring structure and logic to creating components, classes, and workflows.
  • Very strong grasp of CMS architecture, dynamic content linking, and collection wrappers.
  • Experience with automation tools like Make.com and Zapier.
  • Experience with using Webflow’s custom code features to build and implement Javascript based tools, or advanced styling and components with custom JS/CSS/HTML.
  • Comfortable interpreting site performance, SEO basics, analytics tracking.
  • Understands responsive design, accessibility, and best UX practices.
  • Strong creative design foundation.
  • Experience with animation and software such as After Effects and LottieFiles highly favourably.
  • Skilled Figma designer, iterates webpages and components quickly with auto-layout, variables, and styles (preferred).
