Responsibilities
Launch, manage, and analyze advertising campaigns (AppLovin, Snapchat, and Pinterest).
Work with performance data to identify patterns, understand what drives results, and suggest ideas to improve efficiency and scale campaigns.
Support day-to-day operations related to campaign and channel management.
Explore the competitive landscape and help identify new growth opportunities for the product.
Run A/B tests, analyze results, and gradually apply learnings to improve acquisition performance.
Requirements
1+ year of commercial experience working with Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and large datasets.
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
English level of Upper-Intermediate+.
Strong interest in performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.
Hands-on experience with AI tools to improve productivity (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok etc.).
Willingness to experiment, learn fast, and work in an uncertain, fast-changing environment.
Curiosity and ability to research, explore, and dive into details.
Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and teamwork.
