About the role

Responsibilities
- Independent planning, coordination and project management of construction and renovation measures in the field of technical building services (TGA), specializing in electrical engineering, energy and building services
- Planning, tendering, awarding and site supervision as well as coordination of service providers
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations
- Monitoring time, cost and quality parameters during construction measures
- Controlling construction execution up to handover and managing any subsequent defect tracking
Requirements
- State-recognized engineer (m/f/d) with a completed degree (Diploma, Bachelor or Master) in Electrical Engineering (Energy and Building Services)
- Professional experience in planning, engineering and management of construction projects, ideally in a hospital environment
- Advantageous: prior experience with tendering and awarding construction contracts
- Proficient user of standard software such as MS Office
- Ideally experienced with AVA programs (e.g., ORCA)
- Experience with SAP
- Minimum C1 level German
