About the role

• Project Manager responsible for TGA construction projects at Klinikum Bremen-Ost, requiring expertise in electrotechnics and building technology.

Responsibilities

• Independent planning, coordination and project management of construction and renovation measures in the field of technical building services (TGA), specializing in electrical engineering, energy and building services
• Planning, tendering, awarding and site supervision as well as coordination of service providers
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations
• Monitoring time, cost and quality parameters during construction measures
• Controlling construction execution up to handover and managing any subsequent defect tracking

Requirements

• State-recognized engineer (m/f/d) with a completed degree (Diploma, Bachelor or Master) in Electrical Engineering (Energy and Building Services)
• Professional experience in planning, engineering and management of construction projects, ideally in a hospital environment
• Advantageous: prior experience with tendering and awarding construction contracts
• Proficient user of standard software such as MS Office
• Ideally experienced with AVA programs (e.g., ORCA)
• Experience with SAP
• Minimum C1 level German
