About the role

  • Bezirksverkaufsförderer Außendienst in Großraum Bielefeld for retail and beverage markets. Responsible for implementing sales strategies and maintaining distribution and product placements.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the prioritized sales channels of grocery retail and beverage specialist stores in the Bielefeld metropolitan area
  • Implement sales-aligned measures such as the introduction of new products and the rollout of range extensions
  • Support the qualitative development and expansion of distribution
  • Implement and maintain product listings and secondary placements
  • Responsible for primary, secondary and special placements as well as POS promotions
  • Prepare meaningful reports on distribution, placement and pricing
  • Develop and maintain a high-quality customer network

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial experience in sales, sales promotion or in grocery retail
  • High level of commitment and flexibility
  • Experience with SAP and common Microsoft Office applications
  • Enjoy interacting with people and possess a personable, engaging demeanor
  • Strong social skills, sense of responsibility and ability to work in a team
  • Independent and structured working style
