Responsibilities
Independent analysis, optimization and standardization of processes in the area of contract logistics
Planning, controlling and implementation of process roll-outs at national and international sites
Taking on (partial) project leadership within process optimization projects
Close cooperation with specialist departments and interdisciplinary project teams
Identification and realization of improvement potentials using Lean Management and Six Sigma methods
Documentation and sustainable assurance of process quality
Requirements
Successfully completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics or a comparable qualification
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in process management, ideally in contract logistics
Knowledge of and practical experience with Lean Management and Six Sigma desirable
Experience in leading (sub-)projects
Very good analytical and conceptual skills
Confident handling of digital tools, ideally knowledge of PowerApps, SharePoint and no-code/low-code programming
Willingness to travel up to 75% (national and international)
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
Strong communication and teamwork skills; independent and structured way of working
