- Habilidade comprovada em liderança, comunicação e gestão de stakeholders.
- Perfil analítico, proativo e orientado a resultados.
- Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de projetos (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday etc.).
- Conhecimento sobre fluxo de API.
